StrongSkills
Setup takes about a minute

Using your skill, in 60 seconds.

A StrongSkills skill is expert instructions an AI can follow. Drop it into Claude and it runs hands-free — or paste it into any assistant you already use. No technical background needed.

0What you downloaded

From your receipt or library, you got a .zip file. Double-click to unzip it.

Inside is the skill itself — a SKILL.md file (the expert instructions) plus any helper files it needs. That folder is the skill. You don't install anything else, and there's nothing to run on your computer.

1Pick how you'll use it

Same expertise either way. Claude gives the full hands-free experience; any other AI works too — you just steer it a little more.

In Claude — hands-free

  1. Add the skill.
In Claude, open where skills live — look for Skills (or Capabilities) in your settings or the + / paperclip menu — and add the unzipped folder. Using Claude Code? Drop the folder into your .claude/skills/ directory.
  2. Just ask.
Describe the task in plain words — e.g. "set up a private AI on my Mac." Claude recognizes the matching skill and activates it automatically.
  3. Let it run.
Claude follows the full procedure — the steps, the checklists, the right order — and does the work with you.

In any other AI

  1. Open SKILL.md.
Open the file in any text editor (TextEdit, Notepad, or just preview it) and select all → copy.
  2. Paste it in first.
Start a fresh chat in your assistant and paste the whole skill as your first message. This hands it the expert instructions.
  3. Then ask.
Now describe your task. The assistant follows the skill's steps. You pick which skill to use each time — there's no automatic activation.
A few skills lean on Claude-specific automation. Those still work in other assistants — they just need a little light tweaking, and the SKILL.md will say so up front.

2That's it — you're running

A few good habits so you get the most out of every skill.

  • Be specific the first time. The more context you give (your goal, your setup, what "done" looks like), the better the result.
  • One skill per task. Each skill is tuned for one job — reach for the one that matches what you're doing.
  • Re-use it forever. The skill is yours to keep. Use it as many times as you like.
  • Stay current. Every skill includes 12 months of free updates — re-download the latest anytime from your receipt link or the member library.

Common questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. A skill is written instructions an AI follows — you describe what you want in plain English and it does the work. If a skill ever needs you to run a command, it walks you through it line by line.

Which Claude do I need?

Any current version that supports skills — the Claude app (Mac/Windows), claude.ai in your browser, or Claude Code. Look for Skills or Capabilities in the menu. Don't use Claude at all? The paste method above works in ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and others.

It's a .zip — is that safe?

Yes. It's just text files — the instructions and any templates. There's no app to install and nothing that runs on its own. Unzip it and you'll see the SKILL.md and its helper files.
