These terms govern your use of StrongSkills. Plain English on top of each section; legal on the bottom. By subscribing or using the site, you agree to them.
StrongSkills (the "Service") is operated by Max Romano (sole proprietor) ("we," "us," "StrongSkills") based in the United States. By accessing the Service or subscribing to any skill, you ("you," "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. Contact: support@getstrongskills.com.
A StrongSkills "skill" is a downloadable set of files — usually configuration, prompts, and a small amount of code — that runs inside your own copy of Claude or as a script on your own machine. The skill performs a defined task (e.g., extracting a brand book from a URL, auditing disk health, evaluating a local AI model). It does not transmit your data to us, does not act on the internet on your behalf without your explicit instruction, and does not give professional advice. Skills are tools, not advisors.
While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the subscribed skills on your personal or business machines for your own work or your client's work, subject to these Terms. You may not:
When you cancel, your license to use the skills ends at the end of the current billing period. The files stay on your machine; the skill simply stops validating and will refuse to run.
Each skill's product page describes what it reads and writes on your machine — for example, Disk Warden reads your Downloads folder and reports stats; Brand Extractor reads URLs you point it at. By installing and running a skill, you authorize that access. We don't take any action on your machine beyond what each skill's product page describes. We don't push updates or remote commands. You stay in control.

StrongSkills helps you process information faster — it does not give legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Crypto-related skills are educational and methodology-only; they do not make trades or recommend specific assets. Health- or finance-adjacent skills do not replace consultation with a licensed professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make using output from the skills.
When you submit an idea, suggestion, or proposed improvement to StrongSkills (a "Submission"), you grant StrongSkills a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and commercially exploit the Submission and any skill, product, or work derived from it, with no obligation to use it. You represent that the Submission is your own original idea and does not violate any third party's rights or any confidentiality or employment obligation, and that it contains no confidential, proprietary, or personal information of others. You understand StrongSkills may already be developing similar ideas independently and that you are not entitled to any payment, royalty, or compensation for a Submission, except that if we choose to ship a skill based on your Submission, we will, as the complete and sole consideration, grant you one free single-skill credit. Public attribution is optional, given only with your explicit consent, shown as the display name you provide, and removed on request to support@getstrongskills.com. Submissions are not confidential; do not send anything you wish to keep secret.
StrongSkills, the StrongSkills logo, all skill content (text, code, prompts, configurations, illustrations), and the site are the property of Max Romano / StrongSkills, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to the license in Section 5, all rights are reserved.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrongSkills disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any output of a skill is accurate or fit for any purpose. Outputs from AI-driven skills may be wrong; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrongSkills, Max Romano, and any service providers from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may terminate your subscription at any time (Section 4). We may terminate your account at any time for material breach of these Terms — for example, fraudulent payment, violation of Section 7, or attempts to circumvent the license. On termination, your license to use the skills ends; the data-handling provisions of Section 11 apply.
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version. If you don't accept, cancel within those 14 days for a prorated refund of any unused prepaid period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith at support@getstrongskills.com and allow 30 days for us to resolve the issue.
